Zoom (In-Office Whitening)
Philips Zoom! Whitening can make your teeth up to 8 shades whiter in just 45 minutes. Thanks to the light-activated technology, you can see dramatic results in less time than your lunch break.
If you prefer to whiten your teeth gradually and customize the degree of whitening you want to attain, bleaching trays can be custom made for you. You can then apply the whitening gel inside the trays at home, at a time that is convenient for you. At-home whitening is a great option for maintaining a bright, white smile after you’ve completed in-office whitening.
Dental veneers are thin shells of porcelain or composite resin that are custom made to fit over your teeth, providing a natural, attractive look. They can be used to fix chipped, stained, misaligned, worn down, uneven or abnormally spaced teeth.
Clear aligners are a clear alternative to traditional metal braces. With Invisalign, we can straighten your teeth or close gaps. The clear aligners are custom-made to fit snugly over your natural teeth, and they are virtually invisible. Each aligner shifts the teeth slightly and is changed every 1-2 weeks. Your invisalign aligners must be worn throughout the day and should only be removed to eat, drink, or brush and floss your teeth.
Retainers (Bonded and Removable)
After having your teeth straightened with orthodontic treatment, it is important to prevent them from moving back to their original position. This is accomplished by using a retainer. At first, your retainer will have to be worn day and night. After a few months, then the retainer may be required only to sleep. In some cases, we can bond a small wire to the backs of the teeth to prevent them from moving. This way you have to worry about remembering to wear your retainer and your teeth will remain straight for as long as the retainer is there.
Botox & Juvederm (Dermal Fillers)
Wrinkles on the face are the result of sagging skin and repeated facial muscle actions. When you frown, the muscles in your forehead contract and cause deep creases under your skin. With time, these creases become more and more noticeable. Botox works by relaxing those muscles in the face that cause wrinkles. A typical treatment lasts up to 4 months, and can eliminate frown lines and crow’s feet. Juvederm is a dermal filler that can be applied to areas of the face that have deep creases, such as around the mouth and nose (marionette lines). Botox and dermal fillers can make your smile brighter and can take years off your face.
Gummy Smile Reduction
If you show an excessive amount of gums when you smile, there are ways to reduce this and give you a more relaxed smile that is still you. A gummy smile may be caused by the position of your teeth, an excess of gum tissue covering the teeth, or overactive upper lip muscles. Treatment methods may include orthodontic treatment (braces), gum surgery, or the application of Botox to relax your upper lip muscles.
